This version of the Ageing Well Toolkit has been put together to help you, as Service Providers, ensure that you are aware of all the issues facing someone with a Learning Disability as they age. It gives you the background to the ECC Ageing Well program and is full of lots of information and tools for you to use to both give positive input to the people you support but also help you put together the evidence required for you to become an accredited Ageing Well with a LD Provider.
