Dear Providers and users of Provider Portal,

You will have seen on the Homepage of the Provider Portal that there are some planned changes to the Provider Portal taking place between the 27th -29th September 2024 for both Residential and Non-residential users of the system.

The nearer we approach this date you will be advised of what those changes will be and what they mean for your company and the way you will use the portal in the future.

Non-residential and Residential Payments Teams

These are the latest versions of user guides to ensure that you can successfully navigate around the Provider Portals for both Non-residential and Residential payments. 

Before attempting to use either payment system please ensure you have received your token to the relevant system and, in particular for Non-residential Providers, you have booked in for your 1:1 training on system use.
