Signpost - 3 centres across Essex
As a person-centred charity, Signpost is dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges to securing meaningful employment. Personal challenges can include mental and physical issues, low self-esteem or self-worth, discrimination/bias, and social/cultural barriers. Practical challenges may include the lack of a tailored CV, gaining access to a PC or the internet, not being equipped with relevant skills, limited or no job searching/application support, and financial restrictions.

HM Prison &Probation Services
Regional Employment Brokers create employment opportunities for prisoners in custody, and on release from custody. This will be achieved by building strong relationships between Prison Governors and Commercial employers within their designated regions. The Employment Brokers will provide support, information, advice and guidance, in every step of the way, to employers in order to create best and most suitable employment opportunities.
