The Service Placement Team (SPT) issues a Quadrant Batch Report on a daily basis at around 4pm to all Live at Home providers that operate in the area.
The Batch Report identifies all the packages in the area that SPT are actively sourcing.
Live at Home providers should respond to the batch report by 10am the following morning expressing an interest in any packages on the batch report.
Assessments may only be carried out by the highest ranked provider that responds to the batch report, therefore providers should only assess once SPT have confirmed they are the highest ranked responding provider.
If you do not have capacity there is no need to respond.
SPT will contact the highest ranked provider that responds to the batch report to discuss next steps in placement which may include an assessment.
