The service provider shall be registered with the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS), administered by Skills for Care, and the following four criteria must be met |

Providers will produce and maintain an up to date workforce plan / strategy |

Providers to produce and maintain a staff wellbeing strategy which details support available to staff whilst in employment. |

Providers to receive the ECC Provider Bulletin |
