The Prospers
Celebrating the best of care in Essex demonstrated through innovation, achievement and outstanding contribution.
This is the 7th Annual Awards open to all providers who deliver a care service to Adults in Essex County Council's Local Authority Area.
We welcome nominations from care staff, managers, seniors, relatives and the people you provide a service for!
There are 15 Awards up for grabs!
The categories are:

- Outstanding Care Sector Nurse
- Outstanding Leadership
- Unsung Hero
- Team of the Year
- Prosper Home of the Year
- Ageing Well for Adults with Disabilities
- Community, Partnership & Collaboration
- Dementia Care
- Palliative Care
- Activities & Wellbeing
- Intergenerational - All age friendly
- Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
- Empowering Workforce
- Climate Action: Towards Net Zero
You can enter nominations for as many categories as you like. Please refer to each Category Award Criteria for guidance on what the judging panel is looking for, please note Terms and Conditions apply .
To enter your service, leader or individual for an award please complete the nomination form and return via email to TheProspers@essex.gov.uk
The window for nominations opens on the 3rd June 2024 and closes 5pm 2nd August 2024.
Those shortlisted will be invited to the Award Ceremony on the evening of the 4th December 2024 at Chelmsford City Racecourse, Great Leighs when the Winners will be announced!
