Tender and Contract Management System Replacement

Our current tender and contract management portal is being replaced with a new system called Open.

The new system will be used for a small number of new tenders from February 2026, with all new procurement opportunities being run through Open by the end of April 2026.

If you are currently contracted with us, you will need to register on the new system, Open, by 1 April 2026. All other suppliers are strongly encouraged to register on the new system, Open. This will enable you to receive email alerts of relevant procurement opportunities and have visibility of the Authority’s contract register.
