Tailored training from the Care Home Education team - Mid and South Essex

EPUT's Care Home Education team deliver a wide range of training across various topics. Their aim is to be a one stop shop for training and education for care homes across Mid and South Essex. They deliver tailored, evidence-based clinical training and education to care homes, to enable teams to deliver high quality, holistic, person-centred and clinically-effective care for patients and residents. Some of the topics they cover include but are not limited to:

• diabetes awareness and blood sugar monitoring training, including competencies

• sepsis

• palliative end of life and advance care planning

• dementia
