We are pleased to offer another opportunity to participate in the highly acclaimed My Home Life Leadership programme with Cohort 40, for Residential care homes, starting on the 19th February 2025.
The 8 month programme will provide significant benefits for your employee and, indirectly, for your care service:

- Demonstrable outcomes for quality of life (wellbeing) for service-users .
- Promoting a positive culture.
