Working Well support to improve employee health, wellbeing and productivity

Working Well is part of the Essex Wellbeing Service, which is commissioned by Essex County Council. The programme provides organisations of any size and sector in Essex (excluding those in Southend and Thurrock) with free support to help improve employee health, wellbeing, and productivity.

There are three main offers available:

• Mental Health Aware
• Small Business HR Support
• Working Well Accreditation

Through these organisations can access free Mental Health First Aid England training, plus a range of other online training, resources, and guest speaker sessions covering a variety of topics.
