Using QR codes to make it easier for people to give us their feedback

This month all letters downloaded from the Practice Hub will include a QR code, enabling people who use our services to access a bespoke, lived experience survey in a quick and convenient way. Using QR codes will not only make it easier for people to share their experiences but will also make it easier for us to continue to deliver high quality services.

 

Currently, lived experience feedback is gathered from randomly selected users of ASC through telephone-guided interviews via QA Research. The new QR code allows people to complete the survey online or request a telephone interview from Qa Research, ensuring accessibility and choice and widening the amount of feedback we can receive. It will also link to ASC’s compliments and complaints process, so people can contact us in the way that is most appropriate for them. This change will help us hear from more people and gain richer insights into their experiences, strengthening our ability to improve services, and embed lived experience into everything we do.
