Support with service users mental health and complex behaviours

We prefer to hear from providers earlier on when they begin to find supporting individuals problematic and ask that you contact ELDP’s Enhanced Support Team (EST) as soon as you experience this so that we can help before a situation becomes critical. This is particularly important across the Christmas period when we know resource becomes more challenging.

The Enhanced Support Team (EST) can be contacted on:

Outside usual working hours 01206 363266

(EST work 9-5 weekends/ bank holidays and 8-8 during weekday. An answer phone will pick up calls outside of these times)

In specific circumstances we may be able to provide additional resources and capacity to help support you to support people in their homes. We have put a procedure in place for this and if you feel this may be required then you can make contact with EST with the above numbers, who will be able to discuss this with you and link with the local authority to initiate this process.
