This practical, in-person course is designed to equip care business leaders with the tools, clarity, and confidence needed to take a more strategic, business-minded approach to running their service.

 

The course covers key topics including:

• Financial awareness
• Long-term planning
• Creating a culture of accountability

 

By moving beyond day-to-day firefighting, attendees will learn how to build a high-performing, sustainable care business with a strong and positive culture at its core.
