Reopening of the Integrated Residential and Nursing Framework 2026 (IRN) (1)

The IRN Framework will reopen in March. Please see important information below.

As well as being an opportunity for new providers to join the framework, existing providers are required to submit a refreshed pricing matrix and carbon reduction plan plus a completed social value TOMS calculator detailing the social value delivery over the last 12 months.

Full documents and guidance will be provided once this exercise has begun. The refresh is due to go live on Procontract from Monday 2 March. Please see below for a detailed timeline.

Refresh data submission issued: 2 March 2026 
Clarification deadline: 23 March 2026 
Submission deadline: 7 April 2026 
Data submission review & revised Preferred Supplier Ranking List (PSRL) preparation: May 2026 
New PSRL commences: 1 June 2026
