Borrow a blood pressure monitor from any Essex library or mobile library, or check your numbers with the freestanding monitors at selected libraries.

When you borrow a blood pressure monitor, you will also get:

• Instructions on how to take readings and what to do with the results
• A blood pressure diary to record your readings
• Links to online resources, including instructional videos and further guidance

You do not need a GP referral, just a library card!
