Reminder: Recovery to Home 2025 (1)

Providers who are on the Integrated Residential & Nursing Framework (IRN) and based in Colchester or Tendring are invited to bid for the new Recovery to Home Contract due to commence 1 November 2025.

This contract is designed to help adults who can leave hospital, but not yet able to return home, reable to a stage where they are can return to their own homes with the help of a short term placement.

Alongside care being delivered by the home, adults will benefit from having access to wrap around support including therapists and ECL.

We are looking to secure a minimum of five beds in each district on a block basis homes chosen IRN rate. Where beds are being utilised, homes will receive an additional £280pw for each bed in use.
