Provider Incentive Fund - International Recruitment

Organisations can claim £1,575.00 for each Internationally Recruited (IR) worker who has been employed for 8 weeks or more (from 1 September 2025). 
A maximum of 4 workers per organisation can be claimed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Be CQC registered.
• Have employed the IR worker for a minimum of 8 weeks.
• Provide proof that the worker was recruited from the Displaced Worker Pool.
• Provide proof that you are a sponsored licence holder.

• Complete one form per IR worker.
• Submit the completed form to info@ercaa.org.uk

Please note: Funding is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early applications are encouraged.
