New Dementia support resources on the Provider Hub

New dementia support resources are available to view on our Provider Hub.

Additionally, the Alzheimer's Society's services provide person-centred support for people living with dementia and their carers. The attached leaflet outlines the full range of support available.

  • Monday to Wednesday 9am–8pm
  • Thursday and Friday 9am–5pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 10am–4pm

Essex Community Dementia Support Services for professionals
