Mid Essex Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) (1)
Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) are primarily about existing teams working together in a more coordinated and purposeful way, delivering a person-centred, all age approach to health and care.
Mid Essex is split into 6 Neighbourhood Teams ensuring that they are equitable in terms of complexity, relative demand for services and population sizes. The 6 Neighbourhood Teams are as follows:
- Braintree North
- Braintree South
- Maldon North, Chelmsford East & Witham
- Chelmsford Outer
- Chelmsford Central
- Maldon Central, Dengie & South Woodham
Each of the 6 Neighbourhood Teams bring together local representatives from across the health and care system alongside voluntary organisations & local authorities to improve the health and wellbeing of residents in their communities. As a member of a local Neighbourhood Team, individuals will be joining a Community of Practice, where they can access a broad range of expertise and support combined with improved inter-organisational relationships.
