Mid and South Essex – Care Home Helpline

A team of experienced Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists are available to offer advice and support to answer your medication related enquiries. The Helpline and email response is available 7 days a week between the hours of 10am and 8pm. They are able to advise on queries such as:  

• Guidance on medication administration and audits
• Homely remedies and self-care
• Support with queries
• Ordering support including online ordering
• Help with your medicine policies or procedures
