Please remember when providing a service to a Direct Payment (DP) recipient, there is no automatic annual uplift in fees. This is a different process than that of a managed service provision.
If you plan to increase your charges, you need to give the customer advance warning as they may need to request a review from their funding provider. You will need to keep in regular contact with your customer as any increases in charges that have not been approved where needed by ECC, will be the responsibility of the customer to settle.
