The UK Government has heard from people who work in adult social care about how racism impacts their daily lives at home and at work. Eradicating racism is a priority for the Government.

This course is for you if you are worker or a manager. It will help you to understand what to do if you, a colleague, a co-worker, or someone you manage is affected by racism at work.
