EAP services offer cover for you and your family via the online GP

Book a consultation with an experienced GP at a time that suits you through the Health Hero GP service. There’s no time limit on your phone or video appointments, and all GPs are practicing NHS Performers for your complete peace of mind.

The service offers:

• Phone Consultations - Consult with a GP by phone call. Available 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week, excluding UK Bank Holidays
• Private Prescriptions - Where appropriate the doctor may issue a private prescription (this will be at additional cost to you)
• Video Consultations - Consult with a GP face to face by video call. Available 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week, excluding UK Bank Holidays
• Open Referrals - If the doctor believes your condition requires further investigation or treatment, they can issue an open referral letter
• Cover for Dependants - this service can be accessed by dependants
