Contacting us between Christmas and New Year

The Contract Management inbox will be monitored until midday on 24 December. We will resume monitoring of the inbox 30 & 31 December, and then as normal from 2 January 2025.

Provider Bulletin - The final provider bulletin of 2025 will be Wednesday 17 December.  Bulletins will resume Wednesday 7 January 2026. Please keep an eye on the Provider Hub for any updates between those dates. We may send a one-off bulletin should the need arise.
