Access to training if you work with frail and/or elderly people
There is now training available for all colleagues working with any persons living with frailty/dementia and/or elderly persons /or with any aged adults with life limiting prognosis (end of life care needs due to any reason). MSE ICB (in keeping with national recommendations on personalised proactive care) is urging our workforce to take advantage of these free educational/training resources.
We want to ensure we provide the right care at the right time for our population, to give them the best care experiences, and by working consistently we can ensure we reduce inequality, inequity and improve health outcomes.

Frail+ Excellence in Personalised Care
For all staff roles/teams who may be dealing with our adult populations living with frailty/dementia or any aged adult who may have current or emerging end of life care needs for any reason.
The topics cover national best practice recommendations that can support higher quality personalised proactive care and all the elements of our MSE FRAIL + 7 high impact actions Personalised Proactive care framework to improve awareness, knowledge, confidence and skill sets for all our staff.
