These virtual bitesize sessions are aimed at Senior Care staff/ team leaders to support the development of their Leadership and Management skills.

Each month a different topic will be explored covering 15 topics in total, Senior Care Staff can pick and choose the sessions they feel would be most beneficial to their own development or they can attend all 15. With 4 dates for each topic to choose from.

All sessions are Virtual and start at 2pm, lasting 1 hour.
