Our Prosper programme uses quality improvement methodology in the prevention of falls, pressure ulcers and UTI's.
The Prosper Champion Study Day is an opportunity for Prosper Champions to get together and share ideas, what has worked and what hasn't. We will also run some bitesize sessions to provide information on subjects that will support the implementation of Prosper in the care home.
The sessions will include
Ecoli, Catheter Care & UTI's - EPUT Education Team & ICB Infection Control team.
Oral Healthcare & Lifelong Smiles campaign - Community Dental Services
Root Cause Anaylsis, 5 Whys & a What, how it can inform your Prosper interventions - Provider Quality Innovaiton: Prosper Team

The Champion Study Days are only open to Residential Care homes in the Essex County Council Local Authority Area.
