Sepsis is a common and potentially life-threatening condition triggered by an infection which causes the body’s immune system to go into overdrive and can result in multi organ failure.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p> <p class="paragraph" style="margin: 0cm; vertical-align: baseline;"><span class="eop"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">  </span><o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="paragraph" style="margin: 0cm; vertical-align: baseline;"><span class="normaltextrun"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">We want to ensure everybody supporting those vulnerable to sepsis have the opportunity to not only prevent but recognise and act appropriately when an individual may be at risk.</span><o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="paragraph" style="margin: 0cm; vertical-align: baseline;"><span class="normaltextrun"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"><o:p> </o:p></span></span></p> <p class="paragraph" style="margin: 0cm; vertical-align: baseline;"><span class="normaltextrun"><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">We are offering the opportunity for providers to attend a fully funded virtual session with Training for Health on Sepsis awareness.
