• Ageing Well advisor/specialists are being made available in each quadrant to promote use of the toolkit and answer queries
• ESCA website to host a link to the toolkit including the context of ageing well with a learning disability.  
• A copy of the Toolkit will be available on the Practice Library. 
• Information to promote the ageing well approach is being shared at the Quadrant quarterly events
• A half day training and information session on Ageing well and the contents of the Toolkit for Ageing well, will be available for Teams to use to promote discussion and raise awareness
• Self-Study booklets that take people through the issues of ageing well with a learning disability, are being made available to every team for practice development        
• Staff will be sign posted to the ageing well information and toolkit as part of induction discussions with newly employed operational staff 
• There are opportunities to attend joint training sessions alongside the Provider Market 
• The approach and Toolkit will be promoted in Nick Presmeg’s monthly newsletter to social care teams. 
• Practice Leads/Team Managers will be promoting the Toolkit and context in practice discussions 
• Provider version of the Toolkit is on the on ECC Provider Hub website to promote practice change and support Provider Accreditation Provider Hub - Training and events  
• The ageing well approach and Toolkit are being promoted at Neighbourhood meetings 
• A version of the Toolkit and information on ageing well, is being collaboratively created with Carers, Families and People with Learning Disability
